Certain terms used herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms as set forth at the end of this statement. All the defined terms, if defined in the singular or present tense, shall also retain such general meaning if used in the plural or past tense, and if used in the plural or past tense, shall retain the general meaning if used in the singular or present tense.

            InnerChi Inc (“InnerChi”) is dedicated to providing an informative and useful website.  As a part of the operation of the InnerChi Website, InnerChi gathers certain information about Persons.

            Two types of data are collected: personal data, such as names and e-mail addresses, and non-personal aggregate data such as traffic volume and usage patterns.

            Personal data is gathered when Persons provide personal data to the InnerChi Website, for example, when requesting registration to or using the Service, placing Upload Content on the InnerChi Website, registering for contests or promotional opportunities, answering surveys, or registering for email or other services.

Names and other personal information may be released to Affiliated (by Contract, equity or otherwise) Persons.  You (the “User”) consent to the release of User’s personal information to the Affiliated Persons of InnerChi.

            Names and other personal information may also be released to any non-Affiliated Persons directly associated with User’s instructions or requests for products and/or services from such non-Affiliated persons and/or entities and/or to potential or actual acquirers of any or all of InnerChi’s equities or assets.  By instructing or requesting a product and/or service from such non-Affiliated person and/or entity, User consents to the release of User’s personal information to such non-Affiliated person and/or entity.

            The names of contest winners and participants may be used in connection with promotions.  Names and other personal information may also be released to the sponsors of contests for the sponsors’ use in connection with the promotion.  By entering a contest or promotion, User consents to the release of User’s personal information to the contest/promotion sponsor. 

            If User directly discloses personal Content or personally sensitive data through User’s home page, linked sites, or other public forums, this Content may be collected and used by other Persons.  InnerChi encourages all Users to review the privacy statements of websites User chooses to link from the InnerChi Website so that User understands how those websites collect, use and share information about User and/or User’s computer.  InnerChi is not responsible for the data collection, data usage, privacy statements or content on other websites.

            InnerChi may communicate with User from time to time about promotions, offers or contests, conduct surveys about User’s opinion of InnerChi, its staff, performance or services or the InnerChi Website.  If User does not want to be contacted by InnerChi, please email User’s request to: jeff@visionqi.com.

            Aggregate data includes information about user traffic on the InnerChi Website, such as which pages are being visited, the order in which the pages are being visited, which hyperlinks are being ‘clicked’, and how many users are visiting the InnerChi Website.  The InnerChi Website may also log IP addresses of its users.  While logging IP addresses does not collect personal information, it may provide information on the geographical location from which users access the site.  This aggregate data is not used to identify individual users.  Instead, it is used to identify website users as a whole, including demographic information, preferences in content and advertising, maintain quality of service, and web traffic patterns.

            InnerChi Website may place small files, called ‘cookies’ onto User’s computer.  Cookies are data files that websites write onto computer hard drive for record keeping purposes when users visit them.  The cookie file then identifies User as a unique user.  As a convenience feature, cookies simplify the process of recording personal information, so that, for example, users do not have to enter names, addresses or passwords repetitively.  Cookies also allow users to customize some sites features.

            User can program User’s browser not to accept cookies.  If User does this, User may be unable to access some parts of the InnerChi Website, and the InnerChi Website will not be able to customize features according to User’s preferences.

            While on the InnerChi Website User may receive cookies from third party advertisers or promotional partners.  These cookies are outside the control of InnerChi and InnerChi is not responsible for such third party cookies.

            InnerChi encourages parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be fully familiar with the sites visited by their children.  At various places on the InnerChi Website, InnerChi may ask users whether they are under the age of 18 or 13, and if so, InnerChi will ask for a parent’s or guardian’s consent.  InnerChi relies on users to be truthful in responding to these questions. 

            Children under 13 years of age are not eligible to be a User or to participate in the contests or promotions.  InnerChi does not intentionally gather or solicit personal data from or about children under 13 years of age without a parent’s or guardian’s consent and supervision. 

            InnerChi will occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect InnerChi and User feedback, or changes in applicable law.  User is encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be informed of how InnerChi utilizes or Discloses User information.  User’s continued use of the InnerChi Website constitutes User’s manifestation of assent to any and all such changes.

            Chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or new groups may be available on the InnerChi Website.  Any Content Disclosed in these areas becomes public Content and users must exercise caution and discretion when deciding to Disclose personal Content.

            This Privacy Policy, the InnerChi Website, and any Claim related to them are governed by Nevada law and Users consent to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada as the most convenient and appropriate for the resolution of such Claims.  Use of the InnerChi Website from locations where these practices are illegal or violate any law is prohibited.

“Affiliates” or “Affiliated” shall mean with respect to any Person, a Person which Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with, the subject Person.

“Content” shall mean all material, information, documents, matter, text, Software, data, graphics, computer-generated displays and interfaces, images, photographs and works of whatsoever nature, including, without limitation, all compilations of the foregoing and all results and/or derivations of the expression of the foregoing.

“Claim” shall mean any demand, complaint, request for redress, assertion of a cause of action or other claim whatsoever.

“Disclose” shall mean disclose, disseminate, transmit, publish, distribute, make available or otherwise convey.

“InnerChi Website” shall mean the Content locatable at the domain name <visionqi.com>.

“Person” shall mean any natural person, corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, partnership trust, association, organization or other entity of whatsoever nature.

“Service” shall mean the ability to place Upload Content on the InnerChi Website (to the extent that InnerChi enables Users to upload Content), access the InnerChi Website and perform acts permitted by InnerChi as set forth herein.

“Software” shall mean source code, object code, executable code, or other program or code format whatsoever, whether now known or hereinafter developed.

“Upload Content” shall mean photographs, pictures, images or any other content including without limitation, graphics, video, data, text, files, links, Software, music, or sound.
